1. Change bed sheets and pillowcases.
2. Clean the surfaces of refrigerators, stoves, exhaust fans and range hoods.
3. Clean wall tiles and scrub the toilet, bathtub and wash basin.
 • Additional Services:
1. Washing dishes, ironing and folding clothes (remarks required in advance).
2. Market shopping and cooking services (shopping list required and stated in remarks).

Does Home Helper provide deep cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our deep cleaning service includes:
1. Thoroughly clean floors, kitchen cabinets, stoves, cooktops, and toilet equipment.
2. Clean kitchen and bathroom tiles, exhaust fans, and range hood surfaces.
3. Wipe all doors, interior windows and iron gates in the unit.
4. Cleaning of specific furniture (please specify when placing order).

Accepted Answer

Home Helpers do not provide the following services:
1. Wash exterior windows (for safety reasons).
2. Hazardous work, such as working at heights.
3. Hand wash your clothes (optional and available for an additional fee).
4. Throwing cardboard, dumping mud and waxing the floor, etc.

• Customers need to bring the following tools and supplies:
1. Basic cleaning tools: vacuum cleaner, mop, bucket, rag, etc.
2. Basic cleaning agents: detergent, bleach, glass water, etc.
 • If you need a housekeeping assistant to purchase cleaning supplies for you, you can select this option as an additional option when booking.

Accepted Answer

It all depends on your preference. You can choose to stay and supervise the work or hand over the keys to the Home Assistant to complete the service on your own.

Accepted Answer

You can make an appointment through our website by providing the service address, type of service required and time.
After confirming the service, we will match you with a suitable home assistant and inform you of the matching result through notification.

When can I find a home helper to come to my home?

Accepted Answer

We can usually match you with a home helper within one day of your appointment.
To ensure service quality, it is recommended to make reservations in advance, especially during holidays or peak periods.

Can I choose a specific home assistant?

Accepted Answer

You can specify a housekeeper who has served you before when making an appointment. We will try our best to arrange it, but we cannot guarantee that the housekeeper will be available.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my service?

• For single service, we require 2 days’ notice in advance to reschedule or cancel.
 • If the cancellation or rescheduling is made less than 24 hours before the service, the full service fee will be charged.

Is the service quality of domestic helpers guaranteed?

• Our domestic helpers are strictly screened and must have at least two years of relevant experience or an ERB certificate.
 • Using a rating system, assistants with good performance will be rewarded and assistants with poor performance will be blacklisted to ensure service quality.

• We recommend that you store valuable or fragile items securely before service.
 • If the damage is caused by our assistant's negligence, we will provide compensation up to HK$300.

For safety reasons, our home cleaning service only provides interior window cleaning services. If you require exterior window cleaning, please contact us to arrange for a professional cleaning team.

Yes, domestic assistants can purchase cleaning supplies or groceries on their behalf. They must provide a shopping list in advance and reserve at least 30 minutes of shopping time. This time will be deducted from the service period.
